Meet Karen
With over 40 years of experience in financial services, I am proud to support the clients of Pathlight Advisors by working closely with our Financial Advisors to help ensure their investment plans align with our clients’ long-term goals. My background in operations and compliance helps assist both clients and our Financial Advisors with the administrative side of the business.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois, I began my financial services career as a trading assistant with A. G. Becker in 1981. I later joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 1991, where I held several management roles until the end of 2019, when I became part of the Pathlight Advisors team.
I have a strong commitment to help the educational community thrive and currently serve as member of the board of the Concordia University Foundation and the Concordia University Foundation Investment Committee. Since moving from the Chicago area in 1999, my husband and I have made Scottsdale our home. Outside of work, we enjoy hiking and traveling to visit family, friends and new places.
