Meet Kathleen
As the Chief Operating Officer at Pathlight Advisors, I bring over 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. I am a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational functions of the practice. I lead internal operations, improve workflow efficiencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the strategic goals of the business.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—including serving as a compliance manager where I helped supervise up to 52 support staff, reviewed account activity, conducted training, and solved problems with a focus on efficiency and strong client service.
I hold FINRA Securities Registrations 7, 66, 9 ,10 and 23, as well as an Arizona Insurance License.
Outside of the office, I love cooking, reading, and discovering great podcasts. I’m also proud to co-host The Working Mommy’s Manual podcast alongside Nicole Corning, where we talk about the real-life balancing act of career and family. My husband Dale and I are originally from the Pacific Northwest but have called Arizona home for the past 26 years. We stay active with our two children and enjoy hiking, camping, and cheering on our favorite sports teams together.
