Meet Shannon
I support Pathlight Advisors as an Administrative Assistant, working closely with our advisors to coordinate calendars and provide logistical support. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I studied Hospitality Management at the Ohio State University in Columbus. Before joining Pathlight, I spent seven years with Hiton Worldwide at a AAA Four-Diamond property that became the first hotel in the U.S. to win the Connie Award five times. I also acquired the designation of Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA), which gave me the chance to support and promote local businesses and tourism in a meaningful way.
At Pathlight, I’m committed to delivering white glove service and supporting the well-being of every client we serve. One of the best parts of my role is getting to know our clients personally—it’s a joy to learn about their stories and help make their experiences with us smooth and enjoyable.
Since moving to Arizona, I’ve been building a growing collection of cacti and succulents, which is a fun new challenge for a longtime houseplant lover. I’m a big foodie and love discovering new restaurants, and I’m especially excited to be closer to the West Coast for travel. I live with my partner and our two cats, Miles and Sunny.
